ROLLS FOR STRAIGHTENING
AND LEVELLING MACHINES
B.S.A. is specialized in building and supplying of rolls for straightening and levelling machines both for hot and cold rolled coils in steels,
stainless steels and in non ferrous metals. The work-shop is equipped with tool-machines and equipments needed for supply rolls from ø10
to ø400 mm.
Most used material grades are noted in the next table, further grades are availables for the satisfaction of particular customer requests:

For increasing the work-time of the rolls sets is suggested differenziate the hardness between the work-rolls and the intermediate rolls;
this objective may be reached using steel with different hardenability characteristics so that it is possible to optimize the performances of the rolls in function
of the different steel grades.
B.S.A. is involved not only in supplying of new sets of rolls, but also in regeneration by grinding of damaged rolls for being re-used; moreover it is possible to
execute a complete rewamping of levelling benches with enclosured replacement of bearings, brass and lubrication.
An important key of competitivity of the company is the great steels grades raw material availability from store and the vertical integration between machinings
(B.S.A.) and heat treatments (TERMOSTAHL), so that production is very flexible and it is possible to intervene very speedly in case of urgency.
