In the workshop and laboratory there are specialized technicians (second-level qualification for PND-PT-MT methods) in charge of quality control to ensure the suitability of the treated pieces. Standard hardening procedures require repeated controls on the magnetoscope and hardness to check the hardness values or any defects in the hardened materials.

At customer's request, destructive tests can also be carried out to verify the hardening profile and detect hardness in depth. The frequency of these checks is agreed in order to issue certifications and statistics that meet the customer's needs. All control instruments are periodically subjected to verification as required by current regulations.
