We induction harden annually over 1500 tons of bars for axial sliding shafts and ball screws, from Diam. 4 to Diam. 200 mm with lengths up to 12 meters, usually in materials C45, CF53, 42CrMo4, 58CrMoV4, 100Cr6, stainless steel etc. Depending on the material and the dimensions we can obtain hardnesses up to 58-60 HRC at 15 mm depth and treat, inversely, small diameters such as Diam. 6 granting 61– 64 HRC with a depth of 0.6 -0.9 mm.

Similarly, we perform induction hardening on linear guides of various profiles and lengths, up to 6 meters, in steel 100Cr6, 58CrMoV4, CF53, 90MnCrV8. In case of deformations we can restore straightness using manual or automatic straightening machines.
